Perry's Cove is a small village about a 70 minute drive from the capital city of St. John's. It is currently home to about 200 people and maintains the charm and pace rarely found in today’s world.

The cottage has undergone a total renovation taking advantage of the spectacular view of Conception Bay North. The open-concept kitchen, living room and dining room is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows. We have installed a new kitchen with all new appliances, a eat-at oak island and all the stuff you need to cook dinner...except the groceries.
