The PenneyStead is a restored 1930's Cape Cod house in a tranquil setting with this spectacular ocean view. It has a central location for touring Eastern Newfoundland and is less than 15 minutes from historic Trinity. It sleeps 6-7, has 3 bedrooms, a 4 piece bathroom, hardwood & ceramic floors, a fully equipped kitchen with food essentials, antiques & handmade furniture, propane BBQ, deck, telephone, satellite TV with DVD, toiletries and a washer & dryer. Pets are welcome, smoking is not! Major Credit Cards accepted. Reserve well in advance.
