He is a pastry chef and uses local and organic free range eggs, and organic, whole grains for his baking. The jams are also made at Rosedale from local organic berries. Expect a healthy breakfast at Rosedale that is both tasty and filling.

All the rooms have high quality furniture, hand crafted in Newfoundland. Have a restful sleep in our comfortable beds, with 100% cotton sheets, cotton blankets and locally handcrafted quilts. Expect the fresh smell of sheets dried in the wind on the line. Guest soaps are hand made here in Newfoundland.All guest rooms have separate heat controls, fans, and are lockable.
