This coastal home was acquired in 2004 and restored in 2005-2006. It was recently featured in Canadian Home & Country Magazine. The decor includes contemporary furnishings which create a "Coastal Living" atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms, an expansive kitchen with bar, and offers incredible views of the city and harbour. In addition, a newly constructed south-facing deck with barbecue has been added that offers views of the towering rock face base of Signal Hill. The house is fully equipped, including cable television, stereo, dining place settings for eight. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, one room with a double bed, and one room with a double and a twin bed. Laundry facilities are on premises.
