Our 37 Air-conditioned guest rooms are equipped with hair dryers, coffee perks, clock radios and High Speed Wireless Internet. All of our guest rooms have Cable T V, Voice mail and telephones with data ports. Most of our guest rooms have fridges and microwaves. Smoking and no smoking rooms available.

There is a business center located at our from desk for guest use 24 hours a day. We are a 3&1/2 star rated property rated by Canada Select.

We are centrally located just 5 minutes for historic downtown, shopping malls, MUN, hospitals and much more. The Guv'nor Pub and Eatery is located right on site. As a Taste of Newfoundland restaurant we offer many traditional dishes including cod tongues and scrunchions, homemade fish & chips, and in season local wild game.
